After we have received your payment, your sales representative will reach out to you to set up your profile on Immortalize Marketplace.

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of one year

There will be no refunds for any paid subscription

Should you wish to cancel your renewal for the next year, kindly let your sales representative know or reach out to j@immortalize.io
What happens after I set up my profile on the Marketplace?
Wait for users to book appointments with you. Please note that there will be lead generation charges for successful bookings made.
Lead generation charges

SG$5 for each booking made

If the booking is cancelled before the meeting, the lead generation fee remains applicable

Should there be any lead generated, you will be billed at the end of each month

Please email your sales representative should there be any issues or dispute with the bill
