According to the Central Provident Fund ("CPF") Board, if you want your CPF savings to be distributed according to your wishes, you should make a CPF nomination even if you are a bankrupt.
If there is no nomination, your CPF savings will be distributed by the Public Trustee's Office based on Singapore's intestacy law, or the Faraid, which is the Islamic law on inheritance, if you are a Muslim.
