Step 1: Once you have made a booking on Immortalize, you will receive a link to the message section. If not, click on www.search.immortalize.io/messages and click on the message box after you log in.

Step 2: Click on the person you would like to speak to.

Step 3: Press the video call function and when the other person enters the room, you'll be able to video chat with each other.
