According to the Central Provident Fund ("CPF") Board, if your nominee is a bankrupt and is not discharged from bankruptcy at the time he or she becomes entitled to receive your CPF monies, the nominated monies will transfer to the Official Assignee, who is appointed by the High Court of Singapore to administer the bankrupt's affairs in bankruptcy.
