Trust (信托)
A legal arrangement between the trustor and trustee. Once the trustor placed assets in a trust, the trustor loses control over these assets as they no longer belong to the trustor. The trustee manages the assets on behalf of the beneficiaries, based on a set of instructions that the trustor has pre-determined.
